Junior Product Manager (m/f/x)

Location: Wiener Neudorf

Working hours: Full-time

BILLA Central and Eastern Europe is part of the REWE Group that manages REWE's supermarket business in Bulgaria, Lithuania, Slovakia and the Czech Republic with almost 900 stores and over 25,000 employees. As a member of our BILLA CEE team, you will make a significant contribution to the success of our international stores by advising the country organizations.

This position is a temporary position for 1 year, with the possibility to take over.

What you will work on

• Support brand managers in their daily tasks.
• Preparing and executing design development of private labels packaging.
• Main link in the listing process of private label development.
• Coordination of packaging development with internal and external departments/partners based on agreed brand corporate identity.
• Determination, review and approval of legal requirements, design guidelines and final approval on packaging design with focus on the end customer.
• Data maintenance in the internal database for private label products and all relevant documents related to them.
• Coordination of international product pack shots in coordination with suppliers and responsible management.

What we are looking for

• In the middle or finished marketing studies (bachelor's or master's degree).
• Excellent IT skills (MS-Office) and English skills.
• Willing to gain initial practical experience.
• An open-minded personality, innovative, creative, proactive.
• Highly motivated, team-oriented person with the ability to work independently.
• Assertiveness, negotiation skills, conflict- and problem solving skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure and an above average commitment.
• Goal and success oriented.
