In this position, you will act as a sales professional and take responsibility for an innovative global product portfolio of pyrotechnic safety applications in the automotive sector. To strengthen our team at our site in Hirtenberg/Lower Austria, we are looking for a

DIRECTOR GROUP SALES & PRODUCT MANAGEMENT AUTOMOTIVE (M/F/D)

Your Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the global sales and product strategy
• Maintenance and active expansion of key account customers in the OEM and Tier 1 sector
• Establishment, leadership, and further development of an international sales and product management team
• Execution of market and competitive analyses within the scope of the product portfolio
• Responsibility for revenue and margin targets as well as preparation of forecasts and budget planning
• Close cooperation with relevant departments
• Reporting of relevant sales KPIs to the management board

Your Profile

• University degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
• At least 10 years of experience in international automotive sales, including a minimum of 5 years in a management position
• Deep and up-to-date knowledge of the automotive value chain and current market trends (e.g., e-mobility)
• Proven track record in developing product and sales strategies as well as in key account management
• Strong leadership skills, intercultural experience, and excellent communication abilities
• Business-fluent English skills; additional languages are an advantage
• Global mindset with experience in customer management in North America and Asia
• Convincing, sales-oriented personality with an authentic presence
