• You work with exceptional accuracy and enjoy handling information precisely
• Ideally you bring experience in handling large volumes of data in the fast moving e-commerce process, however, it is not a must
• You take initiative, act proactively and are eager to learn
• You are communicating fluently in Mandarin and English, and have a strong solution-oriented work approach
• High level of customer service and professional attitude are your natural competences

• You analyse shipment data with great accuracy in order to ensure smooth delivery of goods in e-commerce
• You monitor, identify and follow-up on possible irregularites and are informing customer on each step
• You respond to inquiries and provide timely feedback in a highly professional manner
• You prepare invoices withing defined timelines

The minimum salary based on collective agreement amounts to EUR 2,285.10.- gross/month, however, we offer competitive compensation package based on qualifications and experience.
